With the coming of summer, the hotel is a big energy consumer. The general manager will emphasize and pay attention to one thing every day: energy consumption! How to know whether the hotel's energy consumption is within the normal range, in addition to looking at the proportion of revenue, we, as managers, have to know clearly the approximate energy consumption of each room. According to the energy consumption requirements of high-end entertainment venues and high-end hotel rooms in the past, the energy consumption of hotel rooms is estimated. The energy consumption required for each standard room:
Electricity consumption
For the lighting part, spotlights, energy-saving lamps, T5 light strips and LED light strips are often used in the room to configure an overall light source with light illuminance and background effects, and its power consumption is within 2.5KW/H. There is also the power supply part (socket). The socket in the guest room is mainly for the refrigerator, kettle, electric iron, TV, computer, desk lamp, floor lamp, reading lamp, hand dryer in the bathroom, toilet flusher and other equipment. The peak power consumption of electrical appliances is within 3WK/H. In the case of centralized hot water supply and central air-conditioning, when there are instant heating equipment and split air conditioners inside the room, the electricity consumption of the room is within 5.5KW/H. Plus 4KW/H.
The cooling capacity per square meter is between 550W and 200W, and the heating capacity per square meter is between 110W and 150W. Because the actual area of each room cannot be given specific consumption. To calculate the data with reference to the design plan.
For example:
Residents’ electricity consumption is calculated at a peak of 5.5KW/H in ten hours, and a total of 55KW requires a consumption of 50 yuan. In the case of non-residents, only the refrigerator 0.5KW uses 12KW for 24 hours. A fee of 10 yuan is required, so to calculate the peak power consumption of 320 rooms in full capacity, it will cost 16,000 yuan a day. However, the actual electricity consumption is estimated to be around 9,000 yuan per day for 60% of the electricity consumption, which is the electricity consumption of 320 rooms in the case of full capacity.
The cost of cooling and heating should be estimated according to the drawings. If the cost of 1 square meter is calculated according to the split air conditioner at 0.1 yuan per hour, the peak value of 8 hours per day is 0.8 yuan per square meter. Heating is about 1 yuan more than cooling electricity for 8 hours. This data is the calculation method of split air-conditioning. The calculation method of central air-conditioning and central heating is different. This requires related data.
Water consumption
The consumption of hot water is two persons/time in the standard room, the shower is 40-60 liters, and the bathtub water consumption is 100 liters. When hot water is above 60 degrees Celsius, cold water occupies 30% of the water volume, that is, about 130 liters of hot water per room when the shower and bathtub are used at the same time. The cold water is around 30 liters.
Water consumption is mainly the consumption of hot water. In the case of residents, the peak value of hot water required for each room is calculated. When the hot water temperature is above 60 degrees, it needs 130 liters and 320 rooms require a total of 413 tons of hot water per day. 100 tons of cold water. The actual dosage is 60% of the peak value. The hot water is 240 tons. The cold water is 60 tons. The calculated cost of hot water is 10,800 yuan according to the purchase of commercial water, and cold water is around 200 yuan. The total cost of hot and cold water is 12,000 yuan. If the hot water is supplied by the boiler, the cost is about 3,000 yuan.
